Sean Delaney is a Senior Managing Director Investment and Senior Director, Self-Storage Division in the firm's Chicago Oak Brook office. As a Senior Managing Director Investments, Sean exclusively represents buyers and sellers of self-storage properties throughout the country. Sean has more than 20 years of experience in the self-storage industry and has closed real estate transactions valued over $1.1 billion during his career.
Sean achieved numerous awards and distinctions and is a member of the Self-Storage Association and the Illinois Self-Storage Association. In 2017 he was ranked the #1 broker in the Chicago Oak Brook office and #1 out of the 100+ brokers throughout the firm's three Chicago offices. Delaney holds a real estate license in Illinois and Wisconsin. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Delaney played seven years of professional baseball for the Kansas City Royals and the Saint Paul Saints.

Jeffrey L. Herrmann is a First Vice President Investments and Director, Self-Storage Division in the firm's Chicago Oak Brook office. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2017, Jeffrey was President and Co-Owner of Apple Self Storage in Wauconda, Illinois. Mr. Herrmann also served as Executive Vice President and COO of Telular Corporation, a public telecommunication technology company and has extensive financial management experience from his time with Bell and Howard and RR Donnelley & Sons Company. Jeffrey began his career with Arthur Anderson & Company as a Public Accountant. He earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and holds a CPA certificate and an Illinois Real Estate License.
Jeffrey has 25 plus years in the self-storage industry, including also having personal experience as a self-storage owner and developer in Illinois and Florida. Jeffrey has an impressive brokerage track record, closing over $200 million in real estate transactions and winning the prestigious office 'Hunting Season' award twice in just three years.

Jon J. Silvers is a self-storage investment specialist based in the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Shortly after joining Marcus & Millichap, Jon partnered with the Delaney Self-Storage Group where he focuses on the sale and disposition of self-storage assets throughout the Midwest, specifically offering advisory services to clients in Wisconsin and Michigan.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Jon was the head of business development for Summit Design + Build’s Chicago headquarters and has also served in other roles in the commercial real estate industry. Jon leverages his market knowledge and background in commercial real estate and construction to help his clients overcome complex problems by offering creative solutions that consistently yield exceptional outcomes.
Jon was born and raised in Highland Park, Illinois and graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs. When he’s not speaking with clients, Jon can be found cheering on the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, golfing with friends, or spending time with family.

Julio R. Gonzalez is an associate on the Delaney Self-Storage Group of Marcus & Millichap and based out of the Chicago Oakbrook Office. Julio joined Marcus & Millichap following a robust 15+ year career in tech and sales. Julio works with owners throughout the Midwest, specializing in the Kansas, Missouri and Iowa markets. He is passionate about assisting self-storage investors in achieving their financial goals by providing personalized guidance and expert analysis.
Julio believes that every client is unique and works closely with them to understand their specific needs and objectives. His vision is to expand his clientele nationwide and become a trusted partner for investors nationwide and internationally.
Julio graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys movies, reading, cooking, traveling, and family time with his daughter Agatha.
